TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The Apple House home and garden center is celebrating their 85th year in business.

The Bloom Brothers, Tom and Ryan Cummins, are looking forward to another busy spring season.

With Mother’s day around the corner, the Cummins brothers are staying busier than ever. They have trucks loading in different flowers and shrubs every day to ensure they have enough in stock for locals. As spring weather has fully kicked in, tom says it’s officially a great time to do some landscaping.

“We’re back to spring and I think spring’s here to stay. People have responded overwhelmingly. We have been extremely busy. this past week and next week being mother’s day is generally the busiest week of the year,” said owner Tom Cummins.

After 42 years of partnership, the Cummins brothers are definitely keeping Terre Haute green for spring.
