Redmi Pad SE Launching on April 23
The brand took to its official X (formerly Twitter) handle to confirm the arrival of the Redmi Pad SE. The dedicated microsite on Xiaomi’s official website has revealed its design in full glory. The teaser reveals the tablet will come in three colour options – green, purple, and grey.
Redmi Pad SE Features: What to Expect?
In terms of features, the Redmi Pad SE is confirmed to feature an 11-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and TUV Rheinland low blue light certification. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset and will be equipped with a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support. You can enjoy multitasking with Splitscreen and experience multiple applications at once on the Redmi Pad SE.
The tablet is also claimed to provide a long-lasting battery life with 43 days of standby, 219 hours of music playback, and 14 hours of video playback time. Further, the Redmi Pad SE will have a single rear camera and a front camera sensor for selfies.
For the unaware, the Redmi Pad SE is already available in the European market. The Indian variant is expected to offer similar specifications as the global variant. This means the Redmi Pad SE will pack an 8,000 mAh battery with 10W charging. It will also come with a 3.5mm audio jack and an expandable storage option of up to 1TB via a microSD card.
Redmi Pad SE Expected Price in India
As of now, there is no clue regarding the pricing of the Redmi Pad SE in India. To recall, the tablet was launched starting at EUR 199 (roughly Rs. 17,900).
