Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu had been undergoing intense training for her upcoming movie ‘Rashmi Rocket’. She has now shared an intense workout video from her last day of her athletic training, which also shows her drastic transformation.
In the video, Taapsee was heard saying, “It was painful. Third day of shoot…I think my body couldn’t take it anymore. I just couldn’t run anymore. I had to stop the shoot for a while, just be able to walk. For this film, I needed to hit the gym and hit the gym real bad.”
Sharing the video, she wrote, “As I finish the last athletic training today for #RashmiRocket, here’s the journey I was waiting to share with you all…Or rather a glimpse of it. If it makes you curious then the transformation was worth it.”

In the video, Taapsee could be seen working out in the gym and running on the tracks. The actress had previously shared an image from what appears to be the sets of the film, in which she was seen running on the tracks with toned thigh and leg muscles.
She had been sharing photos from her workout, before sharing the video. Directed by Akarsh Khurana and co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Neha Anand and Pranjal Khandhdiya, the movie is slated to release next year. The makers have not yet come up with a release date for the film.
