Kangana Ranaut has been spending days away from Mumbai and in her hometown Himachal Pradesh since quite some time now. The actress and her family was attending Aksht’s wedding in Udaipur. He is Kangana and Rangoli Chandel’s brother.
Now, they are back home. On the occasion of Diwali, Kangana shared a beautiful post. She shared images of her, Aksht and Rangoli Chandel with the bride, Ritu. Kangana said that the family has welcomed a ‘devi’ in their house, on the occasion of Diwali.
She shared three images, two of her own and one with the family. In the photos, Kangana can be seen in a white kurta-churidar. On the other hand, Ritu wore a red salwar-kurta.
Kangana wrote with the photos, “Diwlai ke din Mahalaxmi ghar aati hai. Humare ghar bhi devi aa rahi hai. Aaj humari bhabhi pehli baar apne ghar aa rahi hai. Is rasm ko Andrera (grihpravesh) kehte hai. Sabko Deepawali ki shubhkaamnayein (Goddess Mahalaxmi comes to our homes on Deepawali. We are also welcoming Goddess in our home – my sister-in-law will come to her house for the first time today and the ritual is called andrera. A happy Deepawali to everyone).”

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut was last seen in Ashwiny Ityer Tiwari’s movie ‘Panga’. The film had released in theatres. She is now working on movies like ‘Dhakkad’, ‘Tejas’ and J Jayalalithaa biopic called ‘Thalaivi’.
Kangana had, in fact, shared images of her prepping for ‘Tejas’ some time before the wedding. She was also spotted on ‘Thalaivi’ sets recently, and has completed the script-reading session for ‘Dhakkad’.
