Film and TV actor Sidharth Shukla who rose to fame with the hit daily soap ‘Balika Vadhu’, passed away on September 2 due to a heart attack. Sidharth’s sudden demise sent shockwaves across the country as his fans and members of the film and television fraternity mourned his death. On one hand, while Sidharth’s family and rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill are coping with the tragic loss, on the other hand, the late actor’s fans too are finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that Sidharth Shukla is no more. 
Each day since his death, Sidharth’s fans have been resorting to ways to express how much they miss the actor via heartfelt tributes remembering him by sharing old photos and videos of the star, posting throwback clippings and more while stating they are still in shock and disbelief.
Amid coping with the loss of their favourite actor, a few fans are seeking comfort in a not-so-strikingly similar lookalike of Sidharth Shukla on Instagram.
Chandan Wilfreen, who goes by the name Junior Sidharth Shukla, recreates Sidharth’s dialogues, lip-syncs them and also tries to dress up like the late star to create an impressive overall impact. 
A fan of Sidharth Shukla himself, Chandan has been imitating the late actor for quite some time now. But after Sidharth’s death, a lot of the ‘Bigg Boss 13’ winner’s fans hopped onto Chandan’s Instagram posts to remember the late star, compliment Chandan for his successful attempt at aping Sidharth’s mannerisms and style of talking and to urge him to keep Sidharth alive by paying tribute to the late star. 
On one of Chandan’s recent posts a fan commented, “Kitna same karte ho ham sab aapme sid dekte he (How strikingly similar. We all see Sid in you).” “Jab jab tumhe dakhta hun sid ki yaad ati hai (Whenever I see you, am reminded of Sidharth),” wrote another fan. “You so remind me of him just keep making such videos of him..miss u sid,” commented yet another Sidharth Shukla fan. 
Several others too left emotional comments remembering Sidharth and urging Chandan to continue sharing videos that remind them of the late actor.

For the unversed, the late actor rose to fame with the hit TV shows ‘Balika Vadhu’ and ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’. He also shared screen space with Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the 2014 hit film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. The actor was also seen alongside Diljit Dosanjh in the 2018 movie ‘Soorma’. Sidharth recently tasted success with his stint on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 13’, where he emerged as the winner. The actor’s last screen outing was Ekta Kapoor’s insanely popular show ‘Broken But Beautiful 3’ in which he played the role of Agastya. He last appeared on reality shows ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ and ‘Dance Deewane 3’ with rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill.
