NEW DELHI: Toyota Kirloskar Motor on Friday announced that it has begun dispatching the all-new Urban Cruiser. The bookings of the compact SUV had commenced in August, just before the festive season.

The Toyota Urban Cruiser ranges between Rs 8.40 lakh – Rs 11.30 lakh (ex-showroom). With the beginning of the dispatching, the Urban Cruiser will be seen on the roads just before the festive season kicks in.
According to the automaker, the rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza has been getting a decent response from customers across the country. The automaker’s new offering is also backed by a warranty of 3 years or 1 lakh km, in a bid to reach out to a totally new target audience.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser is powered by a 1.5-litre, K-series petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual or 4-AGS with mild hybrid. The engine manages to produce 104 PS of power and 138 Nm of peak torque. The compact SUV offers a a fuel economy of 18.76 kmpl.
