August

Chiyaan
Vikram
is
clearly
one

the

names
in
the
Tamil
film
industry.

it

to
the
Hindi
market,
the
actor
doesn’t
have
a
strong
hold.

two
films
Ponniyin
Selvan
Part
1
and
Part
2
were
dubbed
and
released
in
Hindi,
and
while
the
part
1

an

2
was
a
flop
in
Hindi.

collected

crore
at
the
box
office,
and
PS
2
collected
Rs.
14
crore.
Also,
when
it
comes

the
Hindi
dubbed
version

movies,

two
names
that
pulled
the
audiences
to

theatres

Aishwarya
Rai
Bachchan
and
Mani
Ratnam.

release

average
response
at
the

with

David,

Hindi-Tamil
bilingual
