Shamita Shetty breaks down on seeing mom Sunanda, asks about Shilpa Shetty, ‘jiju’ Raj Kundra

Shamita Shetty’s mother Sunanda Shetty recently visited the ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ house and made her daughter super emotional. Sunanda looked extremely elegant in an orange and pink coloured saree and accessorised her look with Mogra flowers on her bun.
As the contestants were asked to freeze by Bigg Boss, Sunanda made her entry to the house and said, “Bigg Boss, please release my child, I need to see her.” After she was released, Shamita ran to her mother, who was separated from the house with a glass wall keeping in mind the COVID-19 precautions.
The actress broke down upon seeing her mother and cried like a child. To lift her spirits, Sunanda told her daughter that everyone’s proud of her. She also said that Shamita is trending outside and people are calling her a queen.
Shamita then questioned her mother about Raj Kundra. “How is she jiju?” she asked to which her mother replied and said, “All fine, everything is good in the outside world.”
When Shamita asked Sunanda about how she is doing in the show, the latter said that she watches her 27 hours a day from the moment she wakes up till the time she gets tucked in bed. She also asked her not to cry as there are three strong women in their family and she should play that. Shamita also asked about her sister and actress Shilpa Shetty who is “okay” said her mother.

Sunanda however said that she was a little affected by Nishant and Shamita’s nasty fight where the actress lost her cool and abused the choreographer. She later apologised to her fans and mother on camera. The star mom said her daughter’s apology was accepted as she realised her mistake.
Sunanda’s presence bought positivity in the house and she complimented other contestants on how they were playing. She told Neha Bhaisn that she loves her as she is “free-spirited” and would have hugged her and Shamita had the glass not been there. She also called Raqesh Bapat a gentleman and said she loves his quality that he doesn’t have to “scream to be head.”
She told Divya Agatwal she’s playing a good game and is using her head to get ahead while she called Nisant Bhat the “meethi-chhuri” of the ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ house. As a sweet surprise for the contestants, Sunanda got Modaks for everyone.
