Bottom shelf of prep cooler has standing water and some food soil. Interior of small upright freezer dirty. Handle areas of coolers and refrigerators have food soil accumulation and deposits. Most lower and upper shelving dirty with food soil, spillage, and environmental soil deposits.

Most floor areas dirty under tables and equipment, along baseboards and corners.

Walk-in cooler fan guards dirty with dusty soil accumulations.
