The actress that lately has been going viral because of her new song ‘Do Ghoonth’ and sensual pictures, Nia Sharma has uploaded a video dancing to the track with a male partner.

This version of the song has been rendered by Shruti Rane and the music has been composed and programmed by Viplove Rajdeo, taking a cue from the original version which was composed by the legend R.D Burman, lyrics by Anand Bakshi and sung by Lata Mangeshkar.
In an interview with radio host Siddharth Kannan, Nia said, “When I came to this industry, I was all by myself. I was fresh from Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, which was the show that made me. Uske baad poora ek saal ka gap tha (After that, there was a gap of a year).”
According to Nia, Instagram was not a source of money for actresses back then, as it is now. She admitted that she doesn’t have a “concrete project” right now, but that she does get work in the shape of music videos, brand partnerships, and other projects. In 2013, however, this was not the case.
She said, “So after Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai till Jamai Raja, there was a nine-month gap. I was all alone in Mumbai. I had no friends because obviously, I was new. I stayed in my shell. I worked on myself, I started learning belly dancing. Woh jo 9 mahine guzar gaye and I realised ki koi kaam nahi tha, kuch nahi tha, not a single penny I had earned, no friends… I think woh ek period tha jo mujhe dobara nahi jeena tha (I never want to relive those nine months, when I had no work, no friends and did not earn a single penny).”

The second season of the Zee5 serial ‘Jamai 2.0’, in which she co-starred with Ravi Dubey, was her most recent full-fledged acting job.
