Sean “Diddy” Combs and Diageo stated Tuesday they’ve damaged ties and settled the music mogul’s accusations that the spirits large uncared for vodka and tequila manufacturers he promoted or co-owned.

In a joint assertion, the London-based firm and Combs stated they “have now agreed to resolve all disputes between them. Mr. Combs has withdrawn all of his allegations about Diageo and can voluntarily dismiss his lawsuits towards Diageo with prejudice.”

Diageo and Combs added that they’ve “no ongoing enterprise relationship, both with respect to Cîroc vodka or DeLeón tequila, which Diageo now solely owns.”

The edges settled a lawsuit filed final 12 months in New York Supreme Courtroom in Manhattan, the place Combs alleged racial discrimination by Diageo and stated the corporate uncared for Cîroc vodka and DeLeón tequila.
