with

of
humour
and
drama.
Starring

Chheda,

Chopra,
the

transcends
conventional
military
portrayals,
offering
a

The
show
delves
into

lives

Manoj,
Albert,
Randhir,

Neeraj,
who,

sixteen
years
of
a
sheltered
existence,
find

into

Forces

War

The

Director
Vishwajoy
Mukherjee
opened
about
the
inspiration
behind
the
series,
he
said,
“When
we
set
out
to
tell
this
story,
my
goal
was
to
explore
the
essence
of
growing
up
and
finding
one’s
place
in
the
world.
Rather
than
just
focusing
on
the
external
challenges,
we
aimed
to
highlight
the
internal
transformations
and
personal
revelations
that
come
with
stepping
into
a
new
phase
of
life.
We
wanted
to
portray
the
true
challenges
of
the
academy
while
also
showcasing
the
lighter,
more
human
moments
that
accompany
this
journey.
On
set,
I
often
reminded
the
cast
and
crew
that
this
isn’t
just
a
series
about
soldiers;
it’s
about
young
men
navigating
their
path,
learning
to
lead
themselves
as
well
as
others.
It’s
a
story
that
remains
as
relevant
today
as
it
was
back
in
1998.”

Anand
Tiwari,
producer
of
the
show,
shared
his
thoughts,
saying,
“Working
on
Cadets
brought
back
memories
of
my
younger
years.
We
focused
on
portraying
the
characters’
real,
personal
growth.
Hearing
the
cast’s
own
stories
highlighted
how
universal
these
experiences

also
inspiring

these
cadets
endure
tough
situations,
becoming
stronger
with
each
challenge.

as
civilians
we
may
not
face
the
same
hurdles,
but
the
sense
of
camaraderie
is

we
can
all
relate

us
