Boss
Telugu’s
new
season,
Bigg
Boss
Telugu
8,
rolled
out
a
new
chapter
for
the
reality
show’s
fans
on
September
1.
With
as
many
as
14
contestants
in
seven
pairs,
the
brand
new
season
went
on
air
with
Tollywood’s
King,
Nagarjuna
returning
as
the
show’s
host.
This
is
his
fifth
consecutive
time
hosting
the
Bigg
Boss.

The
new
season
began
with
a
low
TRP
rating
when
compared
to
the
previous
season
and
many
of
the
followers
of
the
game
show
expressed
dissatisfaction
about
the
selection
of
participants.
The
Telugu
reality
show
has
many
Kannada-born
Star
Maa
television
actors
taking
part.
In
the
first
two
weeks,
Shekar
Basha
and
Bezawada
Bebakka
have
been
eliminated
from
the
show.

next
set
of
contestants
will
be
sent
into
the
reality
show’s
house
through
another
grand
launch
event
referred
to
as
2.0,
just
like
how
it
was
for
the
previous
season
of
Bigg
Boss
Telugu
7.
The
latest
buzz
tells
us
that
the
grand
launch
2.0
will
be
held
on
October
6
as
the
Dasara
special
bonanza
weekend.

Rumoured
Wild
Card
Contestants

The
rumoured
contestants
are
Jyoti
Rai,
Hyper
Aadi,
Rocking
Rajesh,
and
Anchor
Shiva
among
others.
It
is
also
believed
that
the
makers
of
the
reality
show
are
in
talks
with
a
few
select
ex-housemates
from
the
previous
seasons
including
the
OTT
season.
