As per the exchange filing of Shardul Securities dated November 6, 2024, “We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Shardul Securities Limited will be meeting on Monday, November 11 to consider and approve the following:

1. To consider inter-alia Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. To consider and approve the proposal for sub-division/split of existing Equity Shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid up, in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors and consequently alteration of MOA of the Company, subject to the approval of Equity Shareholders of the Company and other applicable approval(s) (if any).”
