turn

events,
Mumbai-based
travel
influencer
Aanvi
Kamdar
has
passed
away
at
the
age
of
27.
According
to
reports,
the
viral
influencer
was
on
a
monsoon
trip
with
her
friends
near
Mumbai.
Reportedly,
she
was
making
a
reel
for
her
Instagram
when
she
fell
into
a
gorge
and
died.

Aanvi
Kamdar,
a
Mumbai-based
27-year-old
travel
influencer,
was
enjoying
a
monsoon
getaway
with
her
seven
friends.
On
Tuesday,
she
slipped
into
the
300-foot
deep
gorge
near
the
famous
Kumbhe
waterfall
at
near
Maharashtra’s
Raigad
while
making
a
reel
video
for
Instagram
amid
rains,
according
to
PTI.

According
to
HT,
Kamdar
was
pulled
out
of
the
gorge
after
a
six-hour
rescue
operation.
“As
soon
as
we
reached
the
spot,
we
realised
that
the
girl
has
fallen
nearly
300-350
feet.
Even
after
reaching
her,
it
was
difficult
to
get
her
up,
as
she
was
injured
and
it
was
raining
heavily.
So
we
decided
to
get
her
out
using
a
vertical
pulley,” a
rescuer
told
NDTV.

She
had
suffered
multiple
serious
injuries
and
was
soon
rushed
to
the
nearby
government
hospital.
Unfortunately,
she
succumbed
to
the
injuries
and
died
during
the
treatment.

The

known

per
reports,
she

at
the
IT/Technology
consulting
company
Deloitte.
