It seems we’re always on the hunt for those perfect outfit formulas that are stylish and cool, but take as little time to put together as humanly possible. While we basically lived in the three-piece look of an off-the-shoulder top, jeans, and sandals over the summer, there’s actually a just-as-simple look for fall and winter—just ask Lauren Conrad. While we chatted with her during her home tour with our sister site MyDomaine, LC spilled on her number one (easy!) cold-weather ensemble every woman should master this season. Her thoughts? “My go-to outfit is a cozy sweater, cropped denim, and tan booties or stylish flats,” she told us. “I always look forward to sweater weather!” We couldn’t agree more and love this look because it can work no matter where you live. You can test out this ensemble as is if you live somewhere slightly warmer like California—or can simply add a coat and winter accessories if you reside in a colder climate like NYC.
