We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your purchase; and if you have bought a digital or package subscription this will also contain download instructions (see the next question).

Once the order has been processed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as well (usually within 24 hours):

It will confirm the details of your purchase.

It will provide a unique customer number. This number is really important, make a note of it!

For print subscriptions, the first issue you receive will arrive within 21-28 working days. If you have any questions regarding your subscription please email bauer@subscription.co.uk or call 01858 438 884.

For digital package subscriptions:

You will need to download the app onto your device from either Apple Newsstand or the Apps section within Google Play depending on the device you’ve purchased the subscription for (see the next question for more information). Once the app is downloaded, using your customer number and instructions sent to you in the order acknowledgment e-mail, you will need to ‘create an account’ within the app (see how to do this in following question). Once both of these steps are competed, you will be able to access and download your digital magazine issues via the app.
