Time flies when you’re in love! It seems like just yesterday Amy Schumer started dating furniture designer Ben Hanisch, and now, they’re celebrating one year together. Yesterday, the couple took to social media to wish each other a happy anniversary, and as you would expect, the 35-year-old comedienne’s message was sweet with a touch of sarcasm.
Schumer posted a picture of Hanisch on Instagram to commemorate the occasion. In the pic, her beau is chowing down on a hamburger while the two attend a sporting event. In the caption, she refers to him as “the love of my life,” but then she offsets the sweet message with some choice curses: “A year ago today I met the love of my life. Happy anniversary f—face. #Iwantoseeotherpeople.” She’s not fooling us, though. We can tell she’s smitten.

Hanisch also posted an Instagram picture to wish Schumer happy anniversary, and his message is too cute for words. In his post, he and the comedienne are cozying up for the camera just a few days after they met. He captioned the picture with, “A year ago I met the love of my life. We both weren’t looking for a relationship at the time, but something felt right from the very first night we met. We ended up spending 6 days in a row together. This pic was taken in New Orleans and was the night I knew I wanted to spend my life with her.”
