While we love winter dressing for the layering opportunities it provides, we admit that on particularly chilly days, our enthusiasm wanes. Stepping out in a straightforward skinny-jean uniform that was every bit ready for winter, Chung gave us plenty of direction for cold-weather dressing. Bundling up in a fur-lined leather jacket, Chung balanced her top-heavy look with gray skinny jeans and ankle boots.
